Personalised client files to:

  • Ensure progressive overload
  • Closely monitor progression
  • Record achievements (for example; best lifts, fastest times etc)
  • Assign supplementation (amend accordingly)
  • Track weekly behavioural goals to accumulate to your outcome goal
  • Weekly weigh ins and measurements (if applicable)

  • Was sponsored to move to Hong Kong in 2015 to be a S&C Coach (5 year sponsorship)
  • Cycled 200kms to raise money for Oesophageal Cancer. She raised over $8,000.
  • Initiated a flashmob in Sydney Harbour to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. She raised over $1,500.
  • Went cage diving with Great Whites – her greatest fear!

Originally from Australia; Louise is an accomplished sportswoman. She was a gold medalist at the NSW Metropolitan Swimming Championships, has competed and placed in a number of triathlons globally, including IRONMAN distance, and has represented New South Wales in netball as well. Her dedication to personal training and sport led to her appointment as Fitness Coach for 3 State League Netball teams.

Her flair for sports is what led her to find her passion for the health and fitness industry. Years training diverse clientele has given Louise an extensive array of knowledge and skills, and her curious nature continues to feed her intrigue with the health and wellbeing of the human body. Louise prides herself on her achievements in life, personally and professionally, in all her endeavours, she is devoted to making a difference to her own wellbeing and that of others.
